The following conditions apply to accommodation bookings made by you through your usage of www.newglobehotel.co.uk. New Globe Hotel may alter these conditions at any time.
Making a booking
It is your responsibility to review the booking details (including the total price and deposit payable) and submit accurate information when making a booking.
It is free to modify. Modifications must be made in advance of the cancellation period to avoid the accommodation provider's late cancellation fees, and in advance of the arrival date in order to avoid the loss of the pre-payment.
Cancellations and Non-Arrivals
If you have booked the 'Free to Cancel' option then it is free to cancel before the accommodation's late cancellation period. This will result in a refund of your deposit payment. If you cancel within the late cancellation period, or do not arrive, your deposit is forfeited and the accommodation may charge for the first night.
Late cancellation period starts: 48 hours before check in time (1.00pm) on your date of arrival.
The accommodation may need to protect against the loss of a late cancellation fee by pre-authorising for the first night's stay prior to arrival.
Group or Long-Stay Bookings
When making reservations for 10 people or more, or for stays of over 21 nights, your booking will be subject to the accommodation provider's group or long stay booking policy. This will involve paying a minimum of the first night of stay per 7 nights directly to the hotel prior to arrival. This is in addition to the deposit paid at the time of booking.
The terms and conditions of the accommodation provider will apply to you from check-in, or in the case of non-arrival.

Payment upon arrival can be made by credit/debit card (Except American Express) or by cash.
Guests may be required to show a photo ID upon check-in.
